2. About Axeiro
Axeiro provides cloud deployment infrastructure, orchestration, containerized application deployment, monitoring, networking, and related platform services.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, deployment tokens, and connected third-party integrations.

4. Acceptable Use
Axeiro may not be used for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Axeiro integrates with providers such as GitHub, GitLab, AWS, Cloudflare, and payment processors for deployment and operational purposes.
6. Billing & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Infrastructure Availability
Axeiro depends on third-party infrastructure providers. Service availability may be impacted by failures outside our direct control.
8. Ownership
Users retain ownership of their application code, deployment artifacts, databases, and uploaded content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Axeiro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages, including data loss, downtime, or deployment failures.
